Refund Policy
SoryCubs reserves the right to cancel a class without refund in circumstances beyond
our control (i.e. adverse weather conditions, closure of venue, staff illness). Although
SoryCubs will endeavor to run catch up classes. If SoryCubs is unable to offer a catch
up Class or Event, then refunds will be given. Due to hire charges, preparation and
overheads, payment is non-refundable.
Sickness
We politely ask that SoryCubs babies do not attend if the child is suffering from a
contagious illness. Whilst we endeavor to clear all spillages as soon as they have
occurred, some of the materials can cause the venues areas to become slippy so please, NO running.
Photo Consent
Photos during the class are permitted but prior permission must be obtained from
SoryCubs and the photo must not include others in the class without their consent.
SoryCubs may take photographs or video clips at sessions. This footage may be used
on the website, Facebook, Instagram and other marketing materials. If you do not
wish to have your child’s photograph taken, please inform when you book onto the class.
